Mirza created a special meal plan for my lifestyle that was actually easy to follow and with only 3 workouts per week, going to the gym was not a challenge.

Over the first 3 months that I have worked with him I lost 12 kg of fat which I though was not possible at the beginning!

I have known Mirza for three months now and I can only echo all the other recommendations. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about how a personal thing like fitness and weight loss can work in such an impersonal environment (online coaching).

However, Mirza has a very structured and professional, yet friendly approach which was exactly what I needed.
